TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

To place an order you have the option to use either Credit Card/Debit Card  or PayPal as a method of payment.

When adding items to the shopping basket, you will have the option to choose your shipping destination. We charge an extra amount which is calculated on the weight of the item based on current TNT rates. You will have the option in error, to cancel items or your order in the basket before being redirected to the payment pages.
 
Credit Card transactions are processed securely by Barclaycard,  Pokit Limited does not handle any Credit Card data for orders placed online. PayPal does not not require you to sign up to use its services and accepts all major credit cards without the need for an account.
We require a contact number for processing your order. This allows us to have an alternative contact method in case we can’t reach you via email.
 
We aim to only charge for your order when we have confirmed it is in stock and ready to ship. In the event the item is out of stock we will either cancel your order with no payment being taken or if  your credit card has already been charged and your order is out of stock Pokit Limited shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the purchase. 

None of your details submitted at the checkout will be shared or passed on to third parties. Your address and contact information will only be used in processing your order.

International Orders

We accept international orders. For customers outside of the EU. Order items from the web store as normal and 20% VAT sales tax will deducted from the price of the goods when you select your delivery option.

Postage & Shipping

We accept international and domestic orders.  All items are sent via TNT Standard and Express services. Postage will be calculated on the weight of the items added to the shopping basket.
Delivery times vary on destination. All items are tracked and insured.

Estimated delivery times:
 UK: 1-2 Business Day
 Europe: 2 - 4 Business Days
 Rest of the World: 3 - 5 Business Days
 
As an alternative we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Signed delivery options. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. Please not that we will only ship to the address entered at the checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust the cost of delivery. These costs depend on the current rates and surcharges given by TNT. We will always try to charge the most cost effective prices for shipping and delivery.


For UK Deliveries we use TNT UK Express service, this is delivered between 10am and 6pm within 2 days of receiving your order. For this we charge a flat rate of £6.50 for up to 10kg.

For International delivery prices vary due to weight. Please see the shipping table below for guide pricing. We use a very quick service, and most items worldwide arrive between 3 - 5 working days.

Services Used:

United Kingdom: TNT UK Express service
Europe and Rest of the World: TNT International Express service

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. All UK orders placed on Friday items will be shipped same day, but won’t be delivered till Monday. We can arrange a Saturday delivery with either TNT or Royal Mail at an extra charge. Please contact us for information.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day.

When you receive your order confirmation and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can trace all orders via the TNT website.

Shipping cost outside the UK is calculated on the volumetric weight of your order.  Please see shipping info for an example of estimated shipping costs

Returns

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to info@pokit.co.uk before making a return.
 
When we have been notified of your return, and it has been authorised you will receive a returns form. Please print and include that with your return and send the items in their original condition and to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Returns which do not have a form will take longer to process.
 
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.
 
If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition and a returns form to the shop we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g by PayPal or via Credit Card/Debit Card.
Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs).
 
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Pokit Limited is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.

International Returns
Important information for International customers.
Please mark returned packages "Returned Items". Pokit Limited will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.

Goods

Individual prices listed on the website include V.A.T. The final price of the purchased goods includes, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export, TNT brokerage or local taxes that are obtained by the customer. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Stock Availability

We aim to only charge for your order when we have confirmed it is in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock we can notify you when the item comes into stock.  We will contact you within 24 hours via the phone number or email address supplied at checkout to discuss your options.

Please note that some of the products listed on the site are very limited in quantity. Your order may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case we will contact you as quickly as possible with your options.


Please note that upon placing an order through the site, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Pokit Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Pokit Limited shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Product Description

We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate.

Payment Security

To check out you will be passed over to our authorised e-commerce partner site Shopify for a secure simple 2 step process.  You have the option to pay via Paypal or by credit card.  Credit card payments are processed by Sage Pay secure payment system. We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

Privacy Policy

Pokit collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register . By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences (as detailed in the next section). We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our update service which may send you email alerts or direct mail alerts from time to time for  new products, features, enhancements, special offers, and one-off marketing promotions. Such alerts may include marketing information about Pokit or our subsidiaries.  We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. Marketing communications you subscribe to will only be sent by Pokit Limited.
